Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days and shipping time is 2-6 business days

We ship most items with USPS however we are committed to get your product efficiently so you may see a different carrier from time to time.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship orders from Nevada, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia, often from the location closest to the delivery address to lessen our impact on the environment.

We stand by our products 100%. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
